Flexibility and choice
Humana offers three types of Medicare Advantage plans that give Medicare-eligible retired workers all the benefits of Original Medicare, plus additional features and benefits.
Plan types include Private-Fee-for-Service (PFFS), Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).

A plan where you can choose any medical provider who participates with Medicare and agrees to accept Humana's payment terms and conditions. |

With an HMO plan, you work one-on-one with a primary care physician. Out-of-pocket costs are lower than with other types of plans. |

You can obtain covered services from any provider you choose, but the plan covers a larger portion of costs when you use in-network providers. |
