Filter Claims

Use this feature to look up a group of claims - for instance, your child's recent dental claims or your medical claims from last year.

Search Filter

Use this feature to find a specific claim. Just enter the claim number, which is on your Explanation of Benefits, and click on “Search.”

Look here for an overview of all the claims Humana has received that match your filter criteria. To find out more about a claim, just click on the “Details” button.
