Humana's Wellness and Health Resources programs encourage members to take an active role in their care. These services provide education and support, while encouraging members to adhere to their doctor's treatment and prescription plans.

In certain markets, Humana has teamed with the Meals On Wheels Association of America Foundation (MOWAAF) to provide 10 free precooked frozen meals to members following their discharge from a hospital or skilled nursing facility. |
