How to prescribe with RightSourceRx
As a provider, you can submit a new prescription for a member by:
- Calling RightSourceRx directly at 1-800-379-0092
OR
- Faxing the Physician Fax Form to 1-800-379-7617. RightSourceRx will only accept faxes from Providers. For additional information on why RightSourceRx may be a good option for your patients, download the Provider Guide.

If your Humana patient will be using RightSourceRx, please be sure to write the prescription for up to a three-month supply and indicate the number of refills available.
Note: Drugs with quantity limits or requiring prior authorization must be approved by Humana Clinical Pharmacy Review (HCPR). To contact HCPR, please contact 1-800-555-2546.
